Pursuant to the duly ratified Order of Diplomacy Constitution & Bylaws:
 
 Article V Linkages


Rule 191 Only the incumbent Plenipotentiary – General shall have the sole right to appoint Ambassadors or Envoys to govern the particular mission called Linkage and the one who shall govern any Linkage shall be called as Attaché.


Rule 192 Only the incumbent Plenipotentiary – General shall have the sole right to organize any particular Linkage together with the interest Ambassadors or Envoys.

Rule 193 Below shall be some of the Linkages that shall need to be organized officially:

  1. ReLiEf (Refugees Living Effectively) shall the Linkage that shall be focused on the mission for the refugees.

  2. Fresh Drinking H20 for Africa shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for clean sanitations and fresh drinking water of the poorest people in Africa.

  3. Save Paediatrics! shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for pediatric medications and assistances.

  4. Gingerly Geriatrics! shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for geriatric medications and assistances.

  5. Trek & Wildlife shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for hiking, mountaineering and environment protections and preservations.

  6. Tears and Laughters shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for theatre arts or dramatics.

  7. Diplomacy Literacy shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for increase of literacy.

  8. The VoICE (Vocation Infallible Calling Experience) shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission of Vocation promotion and support.

  9. Abort Abortions Abortionists (A3) shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for anti-abortion.

  10. Diplomacy Tribal League shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for cultural minorities, aborigines and related people.

  11. Diplomacy Forever Sporty shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for sports and recreations.

  12. Diplomacy Music Soul shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission of music and related apostolates.

  13. Picture Perfect Precision (P3) shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for Information Technology and Photography.

  14. Diplomacy Home Builders shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for building homes for the poorest among the poor.

  15. Electronic Laity (E-Laity) shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for the communication of the laity from the different corners of the world.

  16. Campus Journalism Diplomacy Conference shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for Campus Journalism.

  17. Diplomacy Film Critiques shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for good films and related form of good media and good visual arts.

  18. ¡Vida Sagrada! shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission of pro-life and anti-death penalty.

  19. Junk Divorce shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission of pro-marriage and anti-divorce.

  20. Pink Circle Diplomats shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for renewal and effectivity of homosexuals and transsexuals

  21. Blue Shield Diplomats shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for renewal and effectivity of bisexuals.

  22. Literature Solidarity Masters shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for persons who shall have interest in literatures.

  23. Care for AIDS shall be the Linkage that shall focus on the mission for persons with HIV/AIDS.


Rule 194 With written recommendation from the incumbent Plenipotentiary – General or with written approval from the incumbent Plenipotentiary – General, at least three Ambassadors or Envoys or Heralds shall have the right to organize or to establish and to become founders of new Linkages.


Rule 195 The founders of each Linkage shall have the right to formulate the constitution and bylaws of their Linkage and their Linkage constitution and bylaws shall not contradict to the duly ratified Order of Diplomacy Constitution and Bylaws.


Rule 196 No Linkage constitution and bylaws shall take effect without the written recommendation from more than half of Linkage founders and finally without the approval from the incumbent Plenipotentiary – General.

Rule 197 Each Linkage shall irrevocably under the governance of the particular Attaché and under the incumbent Plenipotentiary – General.
